Program Co-ordinator

You are responsible for providing information, booking and office administration of all trips, programs, custom trips and workshops for Naturally Superior Adventures. You are also responsible for working directly with staff to facilitate trip logistics and taking a significant role in Internet marketing and business planning for the company. Other tasks include: Updating company web sites and sending out company direct emails on a regular basis; maintaining the company client database using Microsoft Access software; and working with QuickBooks software for company accounting.

Desired qualifications:

Training and experience with the co-ordination of an outdoor adventure or similar company.
Higher level of computer literacy and experience with Word, Excel, Access and email.
Some accounting and retail experience, especially with using QuickBooks accounting software.
Experience with web design, updating and direct emails.
Experience with brochure, poster and print publications.
Highly organized, and the ability to take initiative and work well in an unsupervised environment.
Outdoor adventure marketing training or experience.

Salary:

Minimum wage to $13/hour based on experience in the field and with Naturally Superior Adventures. Salary includes meals and tent site accommodations.
